Happy Holidays Reindeer Card

Hi All!

Every month Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers release a sketch challenge on their Facebook group and this month I created the cutest reindeer holiday card.

I used the Doodlebug Tinsel Time pattern paper and Christmas Critter stamp set to create this adorable Christmas card. I loved the red and green in the paper and how it matches the colours in the wreath on the reindeer.

Be Merry Elf Card

Every month Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers release a sketch challenge on their Facebook group and this month I loved the sketch so much that I made a birthday card and a holiday card with it. 

For my holiday card I started with the background where I used Concord & 9th Cranberry and Evergreen cardstock to create the cool strip design. Inside the offset circle I used Concord & 9th Sea Glass cardstock, Distress Ink, a snowflake stencil and Lawn Fawn Pixie Dust Sparkle paper to create a snow scene for my stamped elf.

Christmas in July 2024 {BYSHC} Links Party

 Hi All!

I found this Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook Group while looking for some holiday card inspiration and sketches. This Facebook Group helps you use stuff from your own stash plus some sketches to get a head start on your holiday cards. During July 19-26, 2024 they are hosting a Link Party on their blog where you create a holiday card and link it to the party on the their blog for a chance to win some fun prizes. You can also see other inspiration from their design team or other crafters.

I decided to join in this fun for this Link Party as I have started using my Christmas stamps in my stash to get a head start on my holiday cards for the year. I started with a sketch I found on the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers blog which ultimately got transformed into the design for my card. I picked up the Avery Elle Christmas Critters a couple years back and I love the cute critters in this stamp set. I also used the Winter Sprigs background stencil to create a cute background on some Toffee Cardstock, which I paired with Red Flannel pattern paper.
