MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 484

Hi All!

Every Wednesday on the My Favorite Things blog they post a new sketch challenge. This week's challenge was to use Sketch 484.

For this challenge I decided to do a congratulations card. I used the Small Brick Wall Stencil with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink to create a faded brick wall background. As most things on this card are black, grey or white, I wanted to have a pop of colour on the card, so I die cut a stitched heart from the pink knit paper in the Lawn Fawn Knit Picky line.  Then I used pink cardstock as the base of the card.

Supplies Used: White Smooth Cardstock, Black Cardstock, Pink Cardstock, Silver Glitter Paper, MFT Stencil (Small Brick Wall), MFT Dienamics (Congrats, Stitched Heart STAX), MFT Stamp (You Wow Me), Lawn Fawn Paper (Knit Picky Fall - Leg Warmers), Tim Holtz Distress Ink (Hickory Smoke), Memento Black Ink, YNS Gumdrops (Crystal Clear and Sparkle)

Thanks Laurie
