Hi All!
That is a wrap for this year from me. I am going to be taking a break to enjoy the holidays with my family and will start back up in 2025 on my socials. It's been an interesting year as I navigated starting this blog back up, starting my instagram account, starting to participate in markets and continuing to make cute cards.
I've learned a lot over the past year and moving forward in 2025 I will be pulling back on how many markets I will do but will still be sharing my projects on my socials. I want to thank all the people who have started following me or attended a market I've participated in this year. I hope to see all of you in the new year!
I hope all of you and your families have a safe and happy holiday season.
Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year

Snowflake Gift Card Holder -
Hi All!
I wanted to share two of the gift card holders I have been making lately as I have been getting ready for the My Letter to Santa 2nd Annual Holiday Market in LaSalle, ON on November 3rd.
I picked up the Gift Card Wallet die set from Taylored Expressions this year as my family usually exchanges a few gift cards every year in our holiday traditions. I thought why buy the bulking tin gift card holders when I can make one that is smaller and more pretty. I love how both these gift card holders came out.
Joy Gift Card Holder -
Hi All!

The products that will be part of the market are birthday cards, baby cards, thinking of you cards, thank you cards and of course holiday cards, holiday tags, and gift card holders.
Hi All!
I know... I know it's only the beginning of October and there are two more major holidays before Christmas. But in the Cardmaking world you are usually one holiday ahead. Holiday or Christmas cards are a big undertaking for Cardmakers I know that I usually start making Christmas cards starting the end of September/early October.
I have been able to participate in Simon Says Stamp's STAMPtember the past few years so between all the collaborations, Lawn Fawn Fall/Winter release I have quite a collection of winter/Christmas stamps that I use every year to create my Christmas cards.
Wish You A Cozy Holiday Card -
Hi All!
Every month Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers release a sketch challenge on their Facebook group and this month I loved the sketch so much that I made a birthday card and a holiday card with it.
Hi All!
Lawn Fawn has this challenge blog where usually every two or three weeks a new challenge is posted. Challenge #177 is called Christmas in July.Hi All!
I found this Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook Group while looking for some holiday card inspiration and sketches. This Facebook Group helps you use stuff from your own stash plus some sketches to get a head start on your holiday cards. During July 19-26, 2024 they are hosting a Link Party on their blog where you create a holiday card and link it to the party on the their blog for a chance to win some fun prizes. You can also see other inspiration from their design team or other crafters.
I decided to join in this fun for this Link Party as I have started using my Christmas stamps in my stash to get a head start on my holiday cards for the year. I started with a sketch I found on the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers blog which ultimately got transformed into the design for my card. I picked up the Avery Elle Christmas Critters a couple years back and I love the cute critters in this stamp set. I also used the Winter Sprigs background stencil to create a cute background on some Toffee Cardstock, which I paired with Red Flannel pattern paper.

Hi All!
I love the Taylored Expressions company so much. I love so many of their products like their stencils, stamps, embossing folders, enamel dots, and of course paper! This year they created a mini collection that you can collect either by ordering every month or after the month is over buy it. The mini collection this year is called Pretty Postage Collection. So far this year I have every month except April and July but the month isn't over yet.
I wanted to create some cards with different month's postage stamps. I used the February and May postage stamps to create 2 Thinking of You cards. I also used the A2 Postage Stamp Stacklet to go with the mini postage stamps. I had to have the A2 Postage Stamp Stacklet as soon as I saw it because it was so different than anything I had in my collection.

Hi All!
A while ago Taylored Expressions released some stencil and embossing folder combos. The birthday blowout set was on my wishlist since they were released late last year. I finally got my hands on the birthday blowout set when I bought the butterflies set in June. I love getting new things for making birthday cards since I make so many every year.
I love how these two products work together and apart. You can use the stencil to create the background before embossing or you can leave it as just a stencilled background. I used the birthday blowout set to create two birthday cards, one using the embossing folder and one not using the embossing folder. It is so cool how one stencil and embossing folder set can create two different looking backgrounds.

Hi All!
When I started this blog I used this a place to post my cards for card making challenges. While that may still happen from time to time. During the spring I decided to try out my first market to sell my cards. My first market wasn't the greatest but I got a last minute chance to attend another market the week after and it went better. Hopefully a winter market will be better but we will see. Until then maybe I should start posting cards here to show off some of the cards in my collection waiting for the next market or next chance to shine.
This is my booth setup from my second market.
After my second market I got an email from a scrapbook store saying they were discontinuing their loyalty program so I emptied my points into an order and get 2 stamp sets and 2 paper pads. I love the JB Yeti or Not stamp set and it has been on my wish list for a bit so I took the chance to add it to my stamp collection. I created two cards this week with the stamp set, 1 is a Thinking of You card and 1 is a Birthday card. I love how they both came out.
